Picked up a couple Cocobolo blanks and a couple Bloodwood blanks today and can't decide what to put in them.
I have green slate, red slate, regular slate, glass, ceramic, and aluminum 3.5" playing surfaces, and glass, slate, and aluminum soundboards.
These are a couple woods I haven't messed with before and just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions as to what may sound best.
Was considering ceramic over slate in the Bloodwood and green slate over slate in the Cocobolo but figured I'd see if anyone on here had any more experience with these 2 woods.
