Slice breast thin (1/4 inch or less) in to strips, cut longer strips in half if needed
marinade for at least 2 hours, depending on marinade. I like Allegro Teriyaki, Cajun injector garlic, or Italian dressing
marinade whole mushrooms with breast meat
roll each slice of breast in 1/2 piece of bacon, I used applewood smoked
alternate veggies and meat, I like red, green, orange, and yellow bell peppers and onion. Ive also used yellow squash
grill over high heat
