POOR OLE CROOKED TOE
I know I shouldn't feel bad but I kinda do. As I stood with my once crooked toe and still sore foot on this ole boys neck I noticed something that gave me a tinge of regret. I saw his bent and deformed middle toe. You see a little more than a year ago I wrecked my foot rushing up to a house to assist other firefighters with a 2 story house on fire and a report of 2 kids trapped on the second floor (turned out the mother had gotten out with the kids prior to us getting on scene). Although we didn't know this on arrival. I twisted my foot so bad that I bent a toe and with other damage had to get surgery in December.

So when I noticed this toe on this poor old gobbler I couldn't help but feel a little sorry for him.

When I get him mounted I shall call him "Poor Ole Crooked Toe"
