What type of glass?

I have a question about the glass used for the playing surface for glass pot calls.

What kind of glass is it exactly? What would I ask a local glass shop to cut me?

Is it regular like plate glass, low iron, pyrox, tempered?

its single pane window glass ,,, good luck  i got 3 different glass companies local and they was still triple the price from what u can get from stumpy or the other suppliers on the net ,,, not that i wasnt happy with any of their service was just hoping to get local supply wheir i could buy when needed

Thanks everyone. I ask because I can get a pretty good deal on cut glass. I've been kicking around the idea of of starting a small site to sell some stuff but still on the fence about it. Someone talk me into it.
