Chris had the ceramic pot listed in the for sale section and it really caught my ear. We talked a little bit and I asked him about an aluminum pot as well. He had a Blue Mahoe Aluminum/Aluminum available and I snagged it as well. Folks these are some fine calls and worth every penny. The Aluminum absolutely screams with a ragged rasp that I know will carry well. I can get a good seductive cluck and purr out of it as well. The ceramic can put out just about all tone and volume levels. Changing pressures drastically varies tone notes. It's easily a call you could work in all ranges of work. Craftsmanship is top notch and Chris has been fast to respond each time. I highly recommend you guys give him a call before the spring rush hits. I guarantee these will both be in my vest come March.
