I think we figured out that we're all hunting easterns mainly. Is anyone out to find another subspecies this year?

No can do this year. But I have been looking into a 2 or 3 day trip to SC, GA or ALA if it will extend my season a bit. But it is still Easterns.

I have been keeping this under wraps as Im still not sure if I will be able to justify the funds, but I have a good friend whose wife's family lives on a ranch in cedar city, utah. My buddy tells me there are tons of turkeys there. From researching on the net it seems that these are Rio's. I have a standing invite anytime I want, but the 300 dollar plane ticket and the ~200 dollar out of state lisence and tag may put a damper on it this year.
