Hey everybody, new to the forum here. I'm glad to find a group of people that love to turkey hunt as much as myself! I've been hunting easterns here in Georgia for about 8 years now, and have recently decided to start venturing into the "unknown." I'm hoping to at least start my grand slam with a good friend of mine next spring. The first bird on my list to try and kill is a rio. My friend and I have narrowed down 3 outfitters that we would like to try, and are looking for any suggestions y'all may have. We're looking for hunts in Texas or Oklahoma and so far the outfitters we have are Stuart ranch, white horse creek, and miller creek outfitters. We're looking to go with an outfitter and do a semi guided hunt at first to get a feel for the terrain and then come back and hunt public land in the future if possible.
Thanks in advance!
