Installation of mount for FF3 or Red Dot

Can you send your shotgun to Sumtoy to have mounts installed? 

I am going to purchase a new 20ga, probably an Affinity, and will need a mount installed.  I would like to have a low picatinny rail installed like the one that comes on the SA-459.  I am going to try a FF3 sight first, but if I don't like it I would like to already have the rail installed so I can put a regular red dot scope on the gun as I am already accustomed to those.

I don;t really have a gunsmith close to me that I would trust to do this work and I am intending on getting a sumtoy choke for it anyway.
