Going to kansas as a non resident for the first time to hunt turkeys on some private land what all license do i need and whats the price thanks

Be aware..turkey tags are no longer available online. They must be purchased at a dealer. Walmart couldn't deliver when I was there. Check the KPWD website for a list of dealers in the area you are going to hunt.

Have to have a general non-resident hunting license and your turkey tags. Around $200 total.

Call KPWD and they will get you everything you need. I think it was around $185 or so. They will mail them to you and will be there in couple of days.

FYI eastern part of the state has had lots of rain and there is some flooding. Western part saw snow to the point I-70 was closed west of Hayes for a while due to blowing snow. Good Luck!

Edit: I-70 now closed west of Salina. Current road conditions link below.

Yeah, I found that out at nearly the last minute.  I had to make arrangements with a Walmart store to sell me tags at 3am on opening day.

Yeah, I heard some deer hunters got carried away.  Sad.

Wasn't just deer hunters. Two groups of Hunters from AR told me they loved hunting KS. Print off as many tags as you want and as long as you tagged th bird nobody checked anything else.

As a non-res I was glad to see the change. Figured stuff like that was happening.

Yessir.  Pay for one, print 10 copies...

Wisconsin changed to this system and im afraid that's exactly what is happening. You can just keep reprinting tags.
