Do you guys think there will ever be a ban on strutting decoys in particular? I've always assumed it would never be a possibility. But think of how similar this is to the spinning wing decoy ban that was put into effect in certain areas for waterfowl. That got my wheels to turning.
What would be the big difference? Because waterfowl are migratory i suppose? Maybe their populations are viewed more as a whole rather than isolated individual populations like turkeys?
