Just love this time of the year. Our season opened the 8th of April here in Colorado but the birds didn't reach the snowline until Saturday. I had a dozen birds all around me...it was awesome. Had my bird down by 6:30 am. Good luck out there all and be safe!

Beautiful bird and scenery too! Nicely done.

Awesome. I enjoyed hunting Colorado mountain birds when I lived there. I hope to make it back to hunt them again some day.

Congratulations on your Tom.
I hunted Colorado a tew years ago. Beautiful place and one that I hope to make it back to.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons. However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
