I'd like to see those hooks.  I've had a bird with hooks over 2 inches before - if I measured from the front of the leg.

You wouldn't believe me, but my little sisters first turkey ever had a 2 1/4 inch hook on one side. I'll get pictures for you guys when I can. It's unreal.

Great bird and it may be me but I am not seeing two inches on the Tennessee bird. Maybe 1 3/4".
