Latex Cutter

I have got some sheets of latex that I want to cut, but I don't know how to go about cutting them into reeds so that each reed has a straight edge and is similar in size. Any of y'all know what I should do or have any ideas?

I use a rotary cutter from Walmart to cut my tube latex. It's in the craft section.
