West Ky public pointers?

Thinking about hitting Kentucky for the opener for a change of scenery, never been before and was thinking about Ballard or clarks river nwr. Anyone hunt here or have any suggestions?

Hunted Ballard for doves ducks geese.  Thought the turkey hunts there were not open but its been a while.  Clark's River gets a lot of local pressure in its scattered holdings.  I lived in Marshall County for nine years and hunted Clark's River from the day it opened.  Telecheck always shows birds from Clark's River.  Good luck.
