That choke was made by Mark Bansner for Truglo and at that time, it was rated for lead shot. It is a very fine choke tube and would work well in an 835.

I have had my Banser Tru glo for about 20 yrs now. If I remember correctly I spoke to tru glo and they told me I can run Hevi through it. Since then I have run hundreds of rounds Hevi included through it. It is my favorite choke. Mine is in Winchoke but I bet it will shoot great out of the 835 also.

I believe you can shoot hevi shot through it, I have one in my 870 , and one win choke. I bought mine on gunbroker several years ago. There getting hard to find!
