Nitro and Mag Blend 4x5x7s Question

In what order are Nitros and Hevi Mag Blend 4x5x7s placed in the wad?  Are they equal parts for each shot size?

From the ones that I have opened I didn't notice any order of the shot.  But there's a lot more small shot in em...

In the 10 gauge 2.5 ounce load
4s 5/8 ounce
5s 5/8 ounce
7s 1 1/4 ounce
Imop there is smaller than 7s mixed in that dont penetrate as well

I gave up years ago trying to evaluate pattern % w/ the MagBlends due to the variability of the shot composition from lot to lot.  A 3" shell from a recent lot contained shot sizes from 4's-9's w/ a preponderance of 6's -9's, but that alright by me, since the 40 yard patterns were nice and even w/ no voids.  I haven't bought or evaluated Nitros, since EnvironMetal came out w/ the H13, 7's and MagBlends. IMO, the recoil and marginal increase in performance from my guns w/ the Nitros is not worth the cost, and I've had a few pressure issues w/ them in the past.
