Soundboard pressure

Could anyone give ther opnions on how much pressure u put in soundboard wen u glue it in? Clamps or can of beans?

Depends on what you are using to glue it in.  If you are using Goop then press it down with finger pressure and then use your can of beans to hold it place for a couple of hours.
