I am going to build a youth 870 20 ga.  I have a few factors to consider I am left handed and I am not going to put any optics on it.   I would like to have a stock like some I have seen on here put being left handed some of them look akward. And with no optics some look like it would be hard to look down the rib properly.  I am thinking may be a wood adult standard stock may be the best for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm no expert, but I just finished one. The Shurshot stock will work fine for left hand. That said, it does have a high comb that will require some sort of additional sight higher than the bead / rib.  Clamp on sights like Williams firesight may work fine(?) in lieu of optics.

A standard 20 gauge stock will also work. You should be able to find just the stock if that's all you are going to need. Should be able to find a camo synthetic if you want.

Shurshot was too high for me to use bead.  Firesight would be close.  I just went with a red dot.

how accurate are the red dots  can u knock them off very easy    what are they like when shooting into the sun or sun shining directly behind u

The Bushnell Tr 25 are one of the best red dot's and they don't add much weigh and have great reviews. I have 2 of them and they work great...very hard to knock off....

Will the TRS 25 mount directly to the B Square?

Can't go wrong with a fast fire 2/3 and a mount from sumtoy

you can order directly from will on this forum. his name is Sumtoy, or you can follow the link on the left had side of the forum directly to his page. hes a good guy to deal with and to talk turkey with. they are drilled directly into the receiver and if you already have drilled holes in the gun, they line up with most other hole patterns. these work better than any option to get the fast fire as low and stable as possible. i believe it cost $45
