:camohat: I was thinking, there isn't a one stop source for finding caller makers with contact information. If one wishes to contact a custom caller maker it is a tedious process. I thought if we could get a list of custom caller makers all at one location, with contact information, we could contact our favorite caller makers from one source. And what better location than Old Gobbler. It would have to be volunteer of course, but what better website? Turkey hunters could find a one stop source. It would be a win-win for all involved. Imagine, you hear of a caller maker on this web site and would have a one stop place to find out how to contact him and purchase a caller of your dreams, or one close to your expectations. I mean a site from Turpin to Marlin Watkins to Ed Terefenko to Jim Anderson to Al Hobart to Niles Osterle to Lamar Williams to Shoemaker to Mike Creek, Albert Paul, Mike Lapp, Yeungling, Tommy Leborec, Scott Berry, Dan Wittenburg and all the caller makers I haven't named and I ask their forgiveness. This shows the need, who can name all the caller makers out there. How many answers to our need to find the 'call'. To the people that run this forum, how about such a list. I think this would be a service beyond measure. Just a suggestion to consider. Thanks for the opportunity. Norm a turkey hunter

Not meaning to offend ,but I like it the way it is. Ask on here and if the callmaker still makes calls someone will help you find what your after. If a callmaker is that hard to find it might be for a reason....

No offense taken, but I was lookin' for ten yrs or so for a caller maker and finally found his number from someone on this site. A long time that could have been shortened considerably if there was a list. By the way he still makes calls.

in the books by Earl Mickel and George Denka, there are the names and address of the call makers.
