Working on building a new toy.  Std bore, 24" barrel threaded for Invector/ Win pattern.

What choke brand, constriction would be a good choice to start pattering with.

Mainly shooting Winchester LBs cause I have a good many stocked up but I have a variety of other shells to test also.

I have the choke you need for sale. Its a Sumtoy by William at Sumtoy Customs. It was spun up specifically for LB 5's and 6's. It will fit standard invector threads.

See this thread for the choke and the pattern it throws with LB 6's.

You have a number of chokes available for that gun with a 24" barrel. In my experience with the WLB shells with #6 and to a lesser extent #6 shot, a choke with a .650 e.d. seems to do best, depending upon the internal geometry.

Many of my readers are doing very well with the JEBS and the Wright's.

Whatever choke you choose, I would "Deep Clean" that bore http://allaboutshooting.com/blogs/blog/tagged/deep-cleaning-a-shotgun-barrel

Have fun and good luck with your new build.

Thanks,
