Ran My 6th Tough Mudder

Finished my 6th Tough Mudder the end of November, this one was 13.4 miles according to my GPS that I carry. Course was a little longer than the map indicated, that had issues with other property owners and had to re-route the course. Good run, got both hips bruised purple on Mr. Everest due to mud on the incline wall. I will be doing Atlanta again in the spring. Not bad for 63, average age of a Tough Mudder is 29.

You're a badass old dude!
Makes getting up early and chasing birds around all day a little easier.
I'm 50 now, back a couple years ago could of handled it fine, but I gave up that exercising stuff.....seeing this is motivating.
Congrats!

You are right about it makes chasing turkeys easier. It was pretty easy the last couple of years in Tennessee going un and down those mountains chasing birds and deer.

You are one tough mudder!
...I used to do that kind of stuff until I hurt myself just bad enough (ACL) that I realized that if I kept it up I would end up not being able to do the things that are really important to me,...like turkey and big game hunting! Now, at 65 and counting, I relegate myself to (slowly) climbing mountains rather than climbing up vertical walls.
Glad to see some of us "old dudes" can still hang!

Congrats! I work pretty hard at fitness myself. I hope I am in as good of shape as you are at 60. You have a lot to be proud of.
