Congrats. Haven't even started to get ready myself. Seasons in but I am just not in the mood yet. Maybe by mid October I will start to feel like getting out. Have a lot to get done till then.

X2. Besides that, it's been entirely too hot here to consider shooting a deer with a bow. Factor in that I've not really had a chance to shoot much yet and what you've got is a recipe for a greater chance of a wounded deer. Not willing to take that chance. I've set my date for October 15th but the wife will be out of town that weekend now so I'm guessing my first deer hunt of the year will be with a gun instead.
