Are you typing in the correct spelling for the persons board name ? I usually just go to their profile and click on "Send this person a PM "That way I dont have to worry about the spelling.

My problem is were it tells you to write the letters in the box I do but it still says that I failed  :bartsimpson:

On most "Captcha's" you can listen to the letters.

If you still have problems, start a thread in the help section and Annie will address your problem.
