its really easy, fry chopped onion, sliced carrot, quarted mushrooms, diced turkey, and garlic in peanut oil until it's cooked. Add in 2 TBS hoisin sauce, 2 Tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs sesame oil, 1 tbs sriracha, 1/2 tsp coriander and some fresh chopped cilantro and some toasted sesame seeds and cook for 2 minutes stir frying. We ate it over sliced cabbage that I fried in sesame oil and curry powder. Cook it hot, cook it fast.
