my son will be turning 4 years old in June, who makes custom calls with either a picture inside a slate, or some type of engraved box call? just wanted him to have one to put up and keep.

Slide on down to the turkeycall classified board and have a look see. Or check out all the calls in the turkey and turkey calling board. You will find a plethera of custom calls.
