Hey guys!! Wanna wish all luck hunting this weekend!! I'm planning on hunting hard to make something happen myself!! I'm literally scratching my head trying to figure my birds out tho. I'm hearing very little if any gobbling, I've only seen one gobbler while in the woods hunting. I hear people posting about birds gobbling their heads off and many people killing multiple birds thus far. I won't give up till the last hour of the last day, but after 30+ years of doing this, I'm lost as what to do next. I'm headed to my favorite WMA to go after a big boy I saw last Sunday evening, which no one has fooled with all week. Maybe if I get in at dark thirty and set up near his roost and be patient, he might just make a reappearance. Prayers for safe and successful hunting for us all!!
