Stoeger M3000 Vs Weatherby SA-459

Im looking to do some trading this week at my local shop. Im looking at both the Stoeger M3000 turkey gun and the Weatherby SA-459 turkey gun, I can also get the 18.5 inch version of the Weatherby for 369. If you had to choose one for a dedicated turkey rig to carry during long hikes in the turkey woods, what one would pick and why. Keep in mind I will be using only one shell, the Winchester Longbeard 3 inch 1 7/8oz 5's.

Which gun and why?
Which choke or chokes?
What are you favorite shells in this combo?

I've never owned an auto turkey rig so this is going to be done on limited funds. Lets hear it guys!

Weatherby SA-459 - flat out awesome. I have had 2 of them. Carlson or Sumtoy choke with #7 Fed heavyweight or HEVI.  If your on more of a budget..  Mossberg SA-20... very similar gun but without pistol grip.

I loved to m2000 hated that the Camo finish rubbed off easier than a scratch off ticket.  459 is a sweet gun in a 20

Stoeger all the way i have a m3500 and i use a truglo ssx choke with winchester long beard XR no 6......it is almost to tight..........almost

After hours of research I ended up ordering a new Weatherby SA-459 and William is sending me up a nice shiny new choke for it.

You will be very happy with the sa459 ,I love mine .sofar the Indian creek .665 with long beard 1 7/8 of #6 has been the best performer for me .i flatten a turkey last year 7 yards farther than we are allowed to talk about on here .
