one of my favorite spots to hunt is a dust bowl. It s a social area where the birds will come sometime throughout the day. I found a good bowl and over the last 5 seasons i have killed 10 birds off that spot and some without calling. Just set up put out a decoy and waited. the hens are usaully first to arrive but where there are hens there will be gobblers
best spots i have found to locate a bowl is unturned crop fields and old loggin roads. if i find big tracks and wing drag marks im setting up
