Well, here in Minnesota we get a longer season if we choose to bow hunt turkeys and deer. I did a little research on making a good chair that would be easy to get on deer and turkey. This is the best I found on a web. The original poster used for the base is a step stool ,then added a boat swivel ,and of course a boat seat. you will need a couple piece of wood to make it a little sturdy when bolting it all together. I don't have a bow holder on mine, but I did bolted one of those Hme self unit to it. The cost is about 70.00. This is the best hunting chair I've owned. its quiet when you need to get into position for the shot. Here is a photo of the original poster.
