Just wanted to make sure its alright to run the bore snake through my M2 barrel with the Indian Creek choke installed. Or do you recommend something different in cleaning after shots.

Thats what I do on my M2 and I/C. After I get the barrel clean with the bore snake and some Hoppe's, I take out the choke and clean it with a tooth brush and Hoppe's. Wipe it down, touch up the threads with a little oil and put the choke back in.
No problem for me.
