100% correct.
I have sent 2 back to him (both were older calls) and they arrived back sounding better than when they were new.

for sure, need a cherry classic in the vest.  I cheap'd out and bought a knockoff (something dirty) and the crystal cracked just re-sanding surface.  emailed customer service. no response at all.
