Where is the best place to obtain exotic woods for strikers? Want to make a few. Not sure what type of wood to use yet. Thanks for the help. Rodd

Depending on what type of wood you choose to use, be aware that many tropical woods from South America are poisonous and the dust can cause serious health issues if the proper respirator and coveralls are not worn.

Search exotic woods on google and ebay. The best place to get it is where you find the best deals. Those places change often.

Wear long sleeves if you show any reaction, always wear a dust mask even with domestic woods. Wood dust of all kinds isn't healthy to breath. Limit your work with Cocobolo as it seems to be the one wood that most have a reaction with.
Here is a chart that I go by.
