Been wondering

and thinking about this for some time now and really wasn't sure but the time has come. As of this day I won't be taking orders for pot calls any more. There's a few reason's but for the most part I just don't have the time like I used to for call making. I will as time allows finish up the calls that I have on order. I will still turn strikers and build Turpin boxes when I can and then there's scratch boxes. I have a sickness for these things and even though I really don't sell many I just love building and hunting with them. It's what keeps call making fun for me. It's been a long fun ride but it's time to move on. I'm sure I'll still build a few here and there when time allows just no list.  It will seem strange as I've been turning them for over 10 years now. I also want to say thank you to those who have bought calls in the past and some of the friendships that I've made.

Hate to hear you won't make many pots now but totally understand the time constraint. Glad I have some really good ones from you already. Also, the scratch box sickness is no joke!!

Sorry to hear your not going to be building many calls going forward, but understand what time means in today's busy world. Your work is appreciated and your calls sound great. Keep making what you enjoy when can and post a few every now and then.

Bill, I'm glad I have several of your pot calls. You have always produced nothing but top quality calls .
So I guess I won't be hearing any more stories from you about stomping pot calls to pieces on your shop floor. .

Have to agree with Rebelyell. You differently make a fine pot and striker. Sorry to here your not gonna make them anymore. You have to keep it fun.
