Have Easterns and Rios Looking for Oceola on Public

Because I like the anguish of failure I have decided to do my Grand Slam all on Public. I have good spots in Texas for Rios and Easterns and will happily guide if someone can do the same for me in Florida or in Lincoln National Forest in New Mexico for my Merriams.
