I bought these sights because i wanted something inexpensive and better then just the plain bead sight. It says they will fit any ribbed shotgun. When i bought them and went to put them on my winchester sxp i had a horrible time trying to get the back sight to mount onto the rib. There are three pieces to it the ghost sight a bracket to set it on the rib and a bracket for the screws to fit into. It turns out the screws are not long enough to fit into the bracket because the rib is to tall. So i had to take out the bracket that fits the rib to make the screws work. I haven't gotten to shoot it yet and hopefully it didn't throw it off to bad. Just thought i would put this up as a warning if you have a winchester sxp do not get the dead ringer sights.

I would call them and describe your problem so that they can fix these issues in the future. If they are worth their salt they will send you the proper hardware. My Williams have screws that are a smidge too long. Still need to call them and see about getting shorter screws.

i emailed them last week and have yet to get a reply. Called them today at 4 30 est and got a message saying their business hours are from 9 to 5 est and to call back during business hours. Needless to say i wont be buying anymore of their products.

my experiences as well.  I had troubles with the screws rounding trying to tighten them.  my wife hates a red dot and saw these and she likes them.  I have talked to them, emailed and called multiple times and gotten some good "talk", but nothing more than that.  they were supposed to send me more screws several times but haven't.

if your gun shoot straight with the bead, then you are good to go.  if not, then this sight is a waste.  I asked how to adjust for that and got a run around bull crap answer. 

it is a decent little sight *** if your gun shoots straight.  the company, on the other hand, is not so good on the customer end.  I don't think I will be worried with them again

I put them on my 11-87 a while back. Yes, the  machine screws are a soft metal, so went to the hardware store  and found some replacements. The windage "adjustment" is crude as you can move the rear sight slightly to each side. Elevation is a matter of finding the right part of the rise on the rib as to where to locate the rear sight. The front sight needed a drop of thread lock to hold it in place. After figuring it all out, I now have a good solid sight picture for under 20 bucks!

I bought them a couple years ago for an old Auto 5 I wanted to use that had POI issues. Mine went on easy and seemed solid. But they had pretty much zero windage adjustment...Like almost none.  I would only recommend these to someone who has a gun that doesn't need any POI adjustments.

It is unfortunate that they aren't a bit more user friendly right out of the package because they're really good sights. You can modify them to give more windage by filing the plastic mounting plate a bit to allow them to move more side to side. Hope this helps...

I received an email back from them on Friday asking for a picture of the sight with the the bracket just sitting on top of the rib. Sent them the picture but have not heard anything back yet.

  My experience was positive, but I had no problem and it was dead on with no adjustment. First shot was at 25 and next at 40. Center of the pattern was right at my point of aim. I got lucky I guess. Good luck.
