Was wondering if y'all think foggy mornings
Make the gobblers a little more tight lipped?
I went scouting again this morning and didn't
Hear the amount of gobbles I have been
Hearing.  I was wondering if they might get
A little more hush mouthed on foggy mornings
Because maybe they don't want to alert
Predators of their location, because they can't
See as good of incoming predators in the fog?  Just
Wondering what y'all's thoughts on this is?

Maybe some turkeys but not all. Loudmouth turkeys still gobble at my call in thick fog, may stay in tree longer,

noisy box call that seems to sound like a flock of juvenile hens pecking their way through a wheat field
