Cut across the breast grain. Marinate in
2TBS Worcestershire
2TBS ketchup
8 TBS olive oil
2 TBS garlic powder,
salt and pepper
4 TBS cider vinegar
Cut up into chunks and put on skewers. Grill on high heat and brush frequently with the following recipe:
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup Dijon
1 TBS honey
Salt and pepper
turn frequently until cooked (use 3/4 of the sauce)
Let turkey rest 5 mins under foil and pour remaining 1/4 of sauce over it.
Never dry.
