I first ran 3 hours north to friends place for the MO opener Monday morning. I got this 23#13oz specimen.
I then came home and Dad, my nephew Weston, baby boy Zane, and myself left Tuesday pm for our annual SE Oklahoma hunt. Weston started us off with a great 3 yr old only10 min into the first morning. I then scored on day two with an average 9 3/4 beard 2 years old. Then today on the last morning of the hunt, Zane got a great 3 year old bird at 8:30. Dad and I then struck out walking trying to find a last gobbling turkey. At 11:40 we struck him and I began yo work with a diaphragm. He and Dad had a showdown at hi-noon. Dad won.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons. However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.

Genesis 1:26
Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

That is a great week! Congrats!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.
