Regardless of where you upload your picture, once it is uploaded you need to copy the link to the picture (the URL or web link). Come here and create a post and begin typing. To insert your picture, put your cursor in a spot and go above to the tools. Click on the tool below the B, that looks like a tiny picture of the Mona Lisa. When you do, the following should appear where your cursor was:

Click to place your cursor between the ][ in the above area. Paste your link in that location. It will look like this (only much longer);
[img ]http://whatever.your.link.was_192837643[/img]
When you hit submit, it should post your picture
