Deep cleaned my gun this evening with M-Pro 7. I had deep cleaned it with Hoppes #9 and shot it about 10-15 times and cleaned it with a Tico Tool. I was surprised at how well M-Pro 7 cleaned the gun. Allot of junk came out of the barrel and even some more of that purple looking packing grease that comes on the barrel new from the factory.  I would have figured after shooting, it would be gone entirely. Anyone else using this stuff?

Supposedly used by the military and they found that their guns had less failures using this stuff. Figured if it's good enough for them it must be good. It's a little more expensive but has no smell which is kinda nice. Started using it on my rifles this past year. Seemed to be good for deep cleaning the shotgun.

Thanks,

Thanks Clark, cleaned two barrels that I am hunting with this year. Oiled them with the M Pro 7 LPX Oil afterward. Hoping most of the oil will come out with dry patches before hunting. May shoot once before I hunt to make sure. Thanks
