Should I get one?

I enjoy trying different calls and learning how to use them correctly.  I have never held a scratch box before and am thinking about getting one.  Are they worth the investment?  Are they as difficult to master as a tube or trumpet call?

Spring Creek Calls

As with any new call, a scratch box will require practice. Not nearly as difficult as an air operated call.

:agreed: Well worth the money, with practice will become a deadly part of your arsenal.

I think a little easier to learn than trumpet and tube but a little more difficult than box or pot call. Here I ran several different ones it might give you an idea of what you want to try.

:funnyturkey: YES!! I got my first 2 from Mike at Spring Creek and they are in my pouch to go out opening day. They are fun and sound great. I will get to a point that I won't embarrass the calls one day. My consistency is a little off, lol
