You rarely see them for sale anywhere ,you would see them on ebay from time to time , I only look on ebay every so often , but to be honest I can't remember seeing one even offered for sale in at least 5 years now - I've seen them sell for $50-$500 depending on age , variant , and condition in the past personally I would advise you not to sell it , and hang onto it - they have a collectable value to them- again , I suggest you hang onto it
Chalkleys/Jackson to our knowledge were the first push pin desighn , the origins date back some 80 plus years ago , they are basic , in my opinion all push pin designs originate or have roots dating back to this very call
The Chalkleys family built them and they were sold to sporting goods stores etc.. An did so for generations , push pins had a strong influence and following in the Virginia area , I believe they stopped making them in the mid 1980's - about this time period many larger call companies like perfection, Quaker Boy , Primos , and many more started offering their versions of a push pin , these were usually made with a 3 ply Baltic birch sound board
