So just a question out of curiosity, what does everyone pack when going to an outfitter to hunt. Is it different than what you normally carry to the field? I have a friend at work who deer hunts at outfitters and was telling me what he packs. Seemed like a lot so we were just curious if it's the same for turkey hunting to in regards to outfitters.

I pack the same as I would if I was heading to my lease. The only thing I would bring more of would be clean clothes, unless there is access to a washer & dryer.  The outfitters I used turned me loose on a farm after showing me how to get there and the property lines on a map the rest was up to me. Most outfitters I've looked at online have a page on what they recommend you bring.

About the only thing different for me is I bring a back-up weapon and ammo.

I bring the same,  Clothes according to the # of days you intend to hunt, and an extra shotgun and shells might not be a bad idea.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.

Agreed. Don't want to ruin a trip because something happened to your gun and you don't have a backup that you have confidence in.
