Hand Jig

Ive got one of Thad had jigs and have a question about the latex tension.  Does anyone else have one of these?  What kind of tension are yall using on the hand jigs?

Bottomland I don't have one of Thads jigs but I do have a hand held jig. It should be pretty close to Thads. If you are counting half turns I would start around 10 or so. You can go more and or less but that should get you close.
