Nice kansas 8pt

on 11/13,after not seeing anything in my double stand that morning i decided to go and check the camera at my other stand. Saw what looked like like a nice buck with a floppy ear. then he was fighting another nice one. I decided i would hunt that stand that evening and hope one of them would come by. Got in stand at 3 and and 3:15 i see a nice 8 on the edge of the field. He got within 25 yard but no shot. At 508 i see legs moving and grab my bow. Then i see his ear and know its "floppy''. Wind is blowing right at him. He not bothered at all. He comes to the scrape at 15 yards, but is straight on, and i draw. He take 5 more steps and starts turning broad side and stops I pick my spot and let it fly. He runs out the way i need to leave in the open field. After 35 min i get down and circle around so i dont jump him just in case. Dad and i start looking for blood, but the flash lights weren't great and couldnt see blood well, so we let him lay over night. Come back next morning and pick up blood right away. He went about 150 yards. I think i ended up walking probably about 10 yards from when i "tried" to sneak out and not jump him. I feel he is and older buck. Had a big body.
