New from bama

Need some advice on this years setup, mossy 835 factory u ported ulti full .695, win lb 3.5 6's puttn 185 in the 10 @ 40. I know if I went with tighter choke I could improve numbers but I'm afraid I will overchoke it and it will shoot to tight with the factory choke I am still throwing a decent sized pattern at 20 yards so if I went with say a ssx .670 would the longbeards be too tight at 20?

I read your other post also. I hunt with an 835 also. Its a softball to saucer pattern at 20 with a tighter choke. I used an IC and a SSX.  They both shoot very tight and I used 6s. I think you're good where you are unless you plan on taking longer shots more frequently. My bama birds averaged 25 yards probably when hunting the thick stuff. 

I'm going to miss my bama hunt this year. I hope you have a good spring.
