Outfitters or lease?

Just curious how many guys/gals go through an outfitter for your turkey hunting? I lease a small property in Texas but the turkey hunting  has consistently gotten worse and I'm considering the alternative. Just curious on pros and cons of each.

In Texas, just for turkeys, I would go the outfitter route...plenty out there. By the time you count your lease cost, feeders, corn, maintenance, security, etc. you have a lot more in it. Plenty of deals for a couple of birds and lodging, some supply food, some don't.
