mossber 835 choke size for hevi #5

had a question guys... had a friend sell me a boat load of hevi 13  3 1/2" #5 hevi shot cheap I always shoot 6 or 7 shot but for the price im gonna run through some of these any idea where to start choke size I use 670 or 675 for my 6&7 shot but im thinkin that may be tight any help may save me some shells on testing

Try what you have first.  It may well shoot good.

just wondering I have a indian creek  670 & 675, pure gold 670, 2 star dots 676 , mad max 680, jelly head 690 was just trying to save some shells

I would try both but with 5s I think the 675 will shoot better.

If it was me I would try the 675/676 and 680 to start.

My 835 are LIGHTS OUT with the Hevi straight 5's and a .690 Jelly Head.   :OGturkeyhead:

my .676 stardot and a .710 factory full will show out with 5's,go figure
