picked up a 37 A in very nice shape, 28 inch full.

Any suggestions on what to do with it?

Any load suggestions?

You can shoot the Fed HWT and be ok.  Now you can thread it and run chokes then you have a killing machine.  You can cut the cone to help with the recoil also. 
Tell us just how dead do you want them to be and we will see if we can get that for you.

Finally shot it
47 degrees , snow still not melted next to the bench, damp and muddy , but hey it is Missouri in Feb.

Fed. HWT  7's in 3" 20   gauge.         28"  Full choke barrel

104 in the 10"        133 in the 20"  =237
Hits right with bead.
I like it.
