For those who have patterned this combination what choke gave you the best 40 yard 10" pattern and with what size shot???   Thanks.

I shot the LB 3" 5s in a browning silver with truglo by bansner  choke and did great. 175-185 in 10 at 40. I have always heard these bansner chokes are good. I have a new in package and the one I tested and they are great choke. I would honestly choke it hard with LBs due to I have shot the LBs in 6 guns and all like to choked hard. Best of luck.

personally I think you would do good with a .665 choke and #5 shot.  My SX3 came with a .655 choke and I ordered a .665 choke for it.  Now to be honest with you I haven't patterned the SX3 yet.  But I have shot .665 choke and #5 shot since 1992 and haven't seen them pattern bad yet with the right shell.  I used winchester supreme high velocity #5's this whole time.  With the Winchester LB #5's and some of the patterns I have seen I don't see how you could miss.

I have a SX2 and shoot a .680 Trulock Precision Hunter with the LB XR 3 1/2" #4s, and a .670 Trulock Precision Hunter with the LB XR 3 1/2" #5s.  Both chokes are unported.  With the #4s I am averaging 130/10", and with the #5s I am averaging about 170-180/10" at forty taped yards from the end of muzzle.  These two chokes have been the most consistent as far as 10" numbers and POI and POA. I have tried the IC .665, KICKS .675 .680 .685, Stardot .668, CNC XXFull, and a Jellyhead 670.

Have not tried the Winchester LR. Can not beat the combo of Pure Gold .670 and Nitro's 378 4x5x7 3" in the SX3.
